Every Project, Same Steps

There is a lot to take in on a remodel, and most of the stress comes from not knowing what happens next. These are the stages every True Works project moves through.

1. Free initial consultation

We come out, look at the space, and talk through what you are after. You get base pricing and time to think about it — no pressure to decide in the driveway. Good remodels usually pick up a few new ideas during this step, and that is fine.

2. Signed estimate

Before anything starts we need a signed estimate, any financing approved, and any permit approved. This is also where we walk you through the packages so you can pick the one that fits your budget and your wish list.

3. Color meeting

Almost everything we build is custom, so we set aside time to go through tile, flooring, fixtures, and finishes together. For exterior work like siding we bring samples out to the house so you can see a color against your own roof.

4. Project schedule

We build the schedule around yours wherever we can, and we tell you who is coming and when. Communication runs early and often from start to finish. Changes requested once we are underway become a change order and may add cost — you will always see that in writing first.

5. Finished project

We walk it with you. Anything on your list gets handled, final documents get signed, and the last payment is collected. Now is the time to speak up about anything, not six weeks later.

6. Warranty

Every project carries a workmanship warranty, and the term depends on the scope and any additional warranty purchased with your materials. We will tell you exactly what yours covers before you sign.

7. Referrals

Referrals are how a company our size stays busy. If we did right by you, we would love to work for the people you know.
